New single out from ‘Real Estate’, ‘Exactly nothing’, which is coming off their single ‘Easy’ single. ‘Easy’ is a fitting name for this slow tempo’d, chilled out band from Ridgewood in New Jersey. This song is, in my opinion, perfect for the currently sunny weather raining down across the UK. For some this chilled out song will be fitting for walks in the park, sitting on a giant deckchair in Bournemouth beach and others fit snugly into a garden BBQ.
